Welcome to the Hanaso Training! We’re thrilled to have you on board and excited to see you grow with us. Before the school vacation begins in Japan, you can start your Hanaso training to continue teaching while OBL lessons are on hold. Learning to teach new materials can feel both exciting and a little overwhelming, but remember—you’re not alone. We’re here to support you every step of the way. Our training program is thoughtfully designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to thrive. Don’t hesitate to ask questions and learn from your trainers and fellow trainees. Please watch the training videos and complete the assignments before booking for the discussion and mock lessons. 2. Be sure to click “COMPLETE STEP” after finishing each task. 3. The topics covered in this module will not be explained in detail during orientation. Instead, they will be applied, so we strongly encourage you to take notes. This asynchronous training is designed to give you a solid foundation for your role as an Unhoop tutor. We won’t be spending much time reviewing these basics during the synchronous sessions, so it’s important that you become proficient in them now. Take your time, go through the materials thoroughly, and feel free to reach out with any questions. By the time we begin orientation, we’ll be diving into more advanced topics and focusing on applying your knowledge through discussions and mock lessons. 😊
